Painting by Numbers

Well, this isn't my garage, but I will be painting my garage this weekend. woohoo. I live a wild life, unfettered by the mundane. Anyone who wants to join in on the fun is welcome. Free booze until you drop and some barbeque. Sound like a fair deal? RSVP for a weekend of fabulous fun.

This *blucks*. No one wants to help. Not even for beer.

It Blucking Fows! I'm landscaping this weekend. I hate landscaping.

I hate DIY. I want minions to do my bidding. I would trade landscaping for painting. I like dirt.

Yeah, but painting has fumes... It's not the dirt that bothers me. It's the neighbors...

What have the neighbors got to do with your dirt? Hey, painting does have fumes....I could make that a positive experience.

Well, when you do any landscaping in this creepy little burg, the neighbors come out. Some of them are a little to the right of Attila The Hun. More off-line...

Busy hiring minions for assorted projects all weekend. Can't help. Sorry.

Yup, it *blucks*. I'm trying to guilt my over-charging contractor into helping us. We'll just see how that goes.

Use my DIY system. Ignore it and tell people you rent.

Re-read the chapter in "Tom Sawyer" where he whitewashes the fence.

If I could have gotten away from the crazies I would have joined you gladly.

Shar,

You need to practice truth in advertising. The garage you have pictured is only about a quarter the size of your garage. Anyone coming over is going to have to climb a really tall ladder.

No ladders required anymore. Dave and I did all the tall stuff with Matt's help. I tried to find a tall garage picture, but that was the best I could come up with. Don't worry, there's still plenty of opportunity for painting fun! How about next weekend?
