NAKED RAYGUN-Vanilla Blue New fun for my few readers, the new video of the day/week. It was hard to choose at first, so I went with what has been near and dear to my heart, but not necessarily to my hearing ability. Hope you all enjoy!
I remember seeing Naked Raygun numerous times in Chicago mostly at the Cabaret Metro and once at the Palace for a Halloween show with Agent Orange, Crucifux, and the Dead Kennedys...(If memory serves me right...it's all a blur)... Good times...
There was nothing better than a sweaty mosh pit at a naked Raygun show. I saw them many times in Chicago, but also saw them at really small venues in Grand Rapids, MI and Greenville, SC. My favorite place in the whole world for two years was the Sons and Daughters Hall in GR. I saw many classic punk/hardcore shows there. It was a small but tight local scene.
The Metro could be fun depending on the crowd. Never got to see them outside of Chicago, though. NR, DKs, and others kept me sane living in an insane house...
